Trees from out friends at Plants and Spaces
We were so honored to re-imagine this historic Hollywood building; to create elegant communal spaces for residents to gather. After an artist residency in Italy, Lauren pulled from inspiration of chic, grand palazzos in Milan.
​
Much of the furniture was custom made and we leaned into a minimal, refined style with velvets, shearling, and leather to add texture and flowing linen window treatments to ground the soaring ceilings.

Juniper is a 28 unit apartment building south of Ventura Blvd. in Sherman Oaks. We created a design and brand ethos for the project, including a massive update to the exterior facade, pool, and lobby areas. An elegant update was achieved with brick veneer siding, travertine pavers for a seamless transition from exterior to interior, bleached, wood clad balconies, and new landscaping on the street facing side.
