LOS FELIZ

Originally built in 1927, Design Assembly was hired to re-imagine this home as a serene retreat in the hills near Griffith Park in Los Angeles. Previously owned by Shepard Fairey and Jason Segal, the home had been through many iterations of style. Owners Trevor Kelley and Angie St. Louis desired a more minimalist touch, and we devised a plan add light and texture throughout. The extensive renovation included a concrete entry and grand staircase, strategic skylights, refined steel railings, bleaching of the original floors, and all new bathrooms.  We incorporated refined design choices to accent the original Mediterranean architecture of archways, wood beamed ceilings, and beautiful palladium windows.
